The brief
Explain each service.
Make the next step easy.
Ferrero Solar installs solar and battery systems for homes and businesses across Cairns, Atherton and Kuranda. The business needed a website that gave each service its own clear explanation and made it simple for a customer to ask for a quote.
The site also had to show real local work and set out what happens between the first call and installation day.
Key decisions
Three choices
that shaped the site.
Each one came from how customers actually choose a solar installer.
Real projects as evidence
Project stories use real installations with their actual locations and system details, in place of general claims.
A visible customer journey
Six steps, grouped into three stages, show customers exactly what happens from enquiry to installation.
The project covered the full website, from the first page plan to the live site.
- Page plan, site structure and addresses
- Copy for every page
- Design for desktop and mobile
- Service, project, advice and location pages
- A three-step quote enquiry form
- Page titles, descriptions, sitemap and redirects from the old site
- Build and launch on Netlify
